I. Introduction

The following material will help you prepare both the initial and final version of the article. It is assumed that Microsoft Office program is used (versions 2003 and later).

To avoid errors when formatting the text of the article, it is strongly recommended to use this document as a template. This will allow you to receive all the specified text formatting parameters automatically. Otherwise, you must independently ensure that all the requirements of this document are met (page size, margins and indentations, font, etc.).

In preparing the article, it is necessary to bear the following in mind:

1)    The article should be in Russian in .pdf format.

2)    The article should contain 6 full pages and more, including all figures, tables, links, etc.

3)    Drawings and graphics should be black and white.

4)    Pages should not be numbered.

5) Automatic hyphenation must be enabled.

6) The main content is preceded by Abstract and Keywords.

Table 1 summarizes the characteristics of text formatting and article elements, which are used both to control automatic formatting of text by template, and for self-formatting.

II. Format overview

Strict adherence to the following rules will ensure a good quality of the journal's materials.

All paragraphs, including abstract and references, should be aligned to the width.

Times New Roman font headline, bold, straight, 18 pt, and lowercase letters. Line spacing is single, the spacing before and after the header is 6 pt. Font for the list of authors and full name of organizations (with corresponding binding) and email address of the author - Times New Roman, 12 pt. Line spacing is single, spacing before and after the paragraph is 6 pt. Additional 12 pt spacing should be before the beginning of the next section.

Title of the table is Times New Roman, normal straight bold, 10 pt., line spacing is 10 pt. exactly, spacing before and after the paragraph is 6 pt., center alignment.

If there is a variable with an index in a line, line spacing "exactly" can be changed to another one, for example, "single", so that the index is not partially closed at the exact spacing.

III. Text layout

For A4 size paper, set the margins: upper - 30 mm, bottom - 30 mm, right - 20 mm, left - 20 mm. Text, with exception of the title and the list of authors, is placed in two columns. Column width is 81.9 mm,  gap is 6.2 mm.

Paragraphs are numbered in Roman numerals. Paragraph header includes a number, a period, spacing and a header text. The title is aligned to the center of the column. Header font Times New Roman, 10 pt. The first letter of the title is uppercase, the rest are small caps. Line spacing 12 pt exactly, spacing before paragraph -18 pt, and spacing after paragraph - 6 pt.

For a text paragraph, Times New Roman font is used, 10 pt. Line spacing Single, interval before and after paragraph 0 pt.

A. Subparagraph

Subparagraphs are numbered using the letters of the alphabet (A, B, ...). The title of a subparagraph includes a letter, a period, a space, and a heading text. Left alignment. Heading font - Times New Roman, Italic, 10 pt. The first letter of the title is capital. Line spacing Single, interval before - 6 pt, interval after - 6 pt.

В. Equations

All variables must be typed in both formulas and inside text using the Equation Editor. The size of the main characters is 10 points, large indices 60%, small indices 45%, large characters 150% and small characters 100% (the percentages are typed in the same lines as the values in points (pt)). Empty lines before and after formulas are not put.

Formulas in case of presence of numbering are aligned Right blank (see the sample), if there is no numbering, then Centered. (Only the formulas referenced in the text are numbered.) When referring to the equation, the text of the equation is placed in the text in brackets.

IV. Figures

Figures should take the entire width of the column. Use Arial font size 8-10 pt. Do not use a font smaller than 8 pt. When referring to the figure in the text, use the abbreviation in Fig. #, where # is the number of the picture. Captions under the figures are placed directly below each figure. Caption should be made in Times New Roman font, bold, 9 pt. Line spacing is set Exactly 10 pt.  Centered Alignment.

Microsoft Office program allows you to place a Figure in the text in several ways. The easiest is to insert a picture between paragraphs of the text. In this case, paragraph of the figure should have single line spacing in order to provide an autoscaling of the figure in height. With this method, it is recommended to insert Figures after finishing the work with the text, because position of the picture changes when adding or deleting part of the text. Figures can also be placed in a specific place on the page. To do this, after inserting a Figure, you should perform its formatting, in which you should set a position on the page, wrap text, etc. It is not recommended to use raster drawings (such as photos). When drawing up the inscriptions on figures, one should follow the rules of article layout. I.e., for example, variables on the axes of the graphs should look like formulas

Fig. 1. Dependence of the quality of the article on the time of reading this instruction

with sizes roughly coinciding with the size of the elements of the formulas in the text. The same applies to the text inscriptions in Figures. This rule, of course, does not apply to the inscriptions in Figures such as windows of computer programs. If there are several figures, they should be in the same style, for example, with the same thickness of lines, and not be copied from different documents, and therefore within the same article looking different. All inscriptions in Figures must be made in Russian, except for the terms of programming languages.

V. Citation

When citing an article, a book in the text, references to the relevant literature are placed in square brackets ([1], [2] or [3]). With the simultaneous citation - [1] - [3]. Links to unpublished papers are not allowed.

When citing an article, a book in the text, references to the relevant literature are placed in square brackets ([1], [2] or [3]). With the simultaneous citation - [1] - [3]. Links to unpublished papers are not allowed.

Bibliographic description of the literature is made on the model in accordance with GOST 7.1-2003 (State Standard).

VI. Conclusion

Table 1 shows the main parameters of used fonts and paragraph parameters.

The table also serves as an illustration of an object that requires the whole width of the page for its placement, i.e. figures and tables for the whole width of the page are allowed.
