Study of the effect on the bending strength of structural elements reinforced with metal fibers

  • Traditional methods of designing casting technologies in conjunction with outdated equipment often act as reasons of the defects and require additional costs. Modern conditions determine the usage of information technologies in each phase of production, and it is especially important to exclude failures on the initial stage of mastering the production of castings - the development of technology, design and manufacture of equipment. The following steps are provided: obtaining the drawing of the part / cast from the customer; development of the casting technology, development and construction of a volumous model of the casting in an electronic design automation (EDA) system, and coordination with the customer of the electronic / paper drawing of the casting. Computer simulation systems for casting processes: SolidWorks- LVMFlow- SolidCAM , are used for these purposes.
