The assessment of performance of software implementation of algorithms of polynomial transformation of boolean functions
  • This article offers the results of assessment of performance of software implementation of seven algorithms of polyno-mial transformation of Boolean functions, that was received with the help of specially developed program. On the basis of comparison of the received graphic dependences we conclude that there is a compliance between theoretical computing complexity of algorithms of transformation and the time of their software implementation. Approximate equality of tilt angles of the corresponding theoretical and experimental graphics demonstrates that there is a good profiling of software implementation of the research algorithms.

Information systems for extracting data from unstructured text using ontologies
  • The main task in extracting information from the text is the intermediate presentation of data. For this purpose, we use grammatical analysis and perform syntactic analysis of the text in order to determine the conformity of the grammatical structure with the rules of formal grammar for the given language. The process of grammatical analysis leads to the generation of the tree of grammatical analysis, as well as dependency graphs. Dependency graphs are data structures that are derived from the text being processed and define an implicit implementation structure in a given text.

Rules for the formation of complex links from unstructured text
  • The article discusses the rules for extracting complex semantic links from the raw text. These rules allow you to extract useful information with internal suggestions. This kind of relationship is characterized by the fact that it has a main subject, which refers to an internal sentence through a verb. The paper presents the methodology for constructing a dependency graph for a sentence.

Investigation of the effect of current on the change in wavelength corresponding to the maximum emission of the indicator of the red color of luminescence
  • The effect of current strength on the change in wavelength corresponding to the emission maximum of the semiconductor single red color of the luminescence IPD127, made on the basis of gallium arsenide in a glass-to-glass package and intended for use in equipment of interindustry use, is investigated. The conclusion is made about the influence of the crystal temperature on the position of the maximum of the emission spectrum due to a change in the band gap of the material under study. The temperature dependence of the band gap is approximated. The thermal resistance of the radiating system is estimated. Thermal power dissipation estimated.
